Weather Reports are assessed by our MET Office Trained Supervisors then processed by our specialist software programme. The programme contains clients chosen Service Specification so gives instant report on what sites require service on that occasion. Each Vehicle is immediately updated electronically advising route to take, sites to service and quantity of salt to use (coverage increased at no Extra charge if snow forecast). Our Technology and seamless service reduces delays saving valuable time and money.

IceFree AppThe specially designed WALLACE APP submits each site as ‘completed’ when leaving the premises then automatically generates a Service Notification e-mail to our clients plus updates our systems. This provides a transparent service throughout. GPS tracking is also activated on entering the ‘geo fence’ set for each site. This information is stored and available to clients on request.
